Provinces of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

Provinces are, for the most part, legislative bodies, and are maintained   principally for conference, instruction, supervision and fellowship, and mutual   exchange of ideas and programs between or among the chapters of the province.  Each province holds one council each year in accordance with fraternity   regulations.
